Possession of child pornography is a crime under federal and state law. If you have knowledge or good reason to believe that someone has child pornography, report the crime immediately to law enforcement. If you have evidence that someone is using the Internet, a cell phone or other online technology in an attempt to entice or lure a child, you should report it to the same agency.
