Former Lawmaker Faces Arraignment Print E-mail
A former New Jersey lawmaker is facing arraignment on child pornography charges next week. 

Newsday reports that the suspect suddenly resigned last July, and checked into a psychiatric hospital, after colleagues reported finding child pornography in his legislative office. He faces charges of official misconduct and distributing and possessing child pornography.

The indictment was handed down in December.
