Man Admits to Putting CP on Mother-In-Law's Computer & to Molesting a Child in Wife's Care Print E-mail
Moore police report a suspect admitting to molestation of a young child and downloading child pornography.

Authorities report the man admitted to molesting a girl, 6, at his wife’s home day care, and again molesting the girl after they moved to his mother-in-law’s house. The suspect admitted to waking the girl from a nap to molest her and to downloading child pornography on his mother-in-law’s computer.

They also report that the Moore, Oklahoma, suspect had persisted in opening new accounts, using different email addresses and signatures, on photo sharing websites each time he was banned from a site for downloading child pornography. His mother-in-law willingly gave police permission to search her computer.

The Norman Transcript reports the suspect pled guilty to charges of rape by instrumentation, lewd acts with a child and 12 counts of downloading child pornography.

The defense attorney and the state prosecutors worked out a "very complicated" sentencing arrangement that resulted in a 17-year prison term and other requirements and restrictions.
