A 52 year old Milsboro, Delaware man has been arrested on 30 counts of sexual exploitation of a child and 30 counts of dealing child pornography. Delaware News states that conviction on every charge would result in a 120 year prison term.

Attorney General Beau Biden reported that there is ongoing investigation into the defendant’s jobs which may have led to assaults on local children. Biden also said, “It’s no secret that predators go to and seek out jobs and environments where they are trusted implicitly.”

There is no evidence just yet – among the thousands of images found on DVDs, CDs and his computer – that the child victims are from the Delaware area. All the evidence will be examined to determine which children among them are new victims and which are previously known victims whose images have been sold before.

Biden responded to the indictment by commending the State Police Child Predator Task Force and the Attorney’s Office Child Predator Unit. He also declared that stopping child predators is a top priority of the Delaware Department of Justice.
